After having the privilege to spend a week and a half in Nigeria …

I’m having a harder time now making sense of this America than I did making sense of anything there.  I hope this feeling lasts a long time.

Unpacking Dynasty and Divinity: Ife Art in Ancient Nigeria

We’re now into our second week of unpacking, condition reporting and installing this impressive show.  Having had the responsibility and pleasure of inspecting every object in the show, I’m really looking forward to the doors being opened soon and folks getting the rare opportunity to see these important artworks.
